Not a slide deck. We drive the product, and you decide whether it holds up against how your desk really works.
- Verification, on your own structure
- We walk your KYB through as it would actually run — including whatever makes your ownership structure awkward, because that is the part worth testing before you commit.
- A trade of your own shape
- Bring a real requirement or a real parcel. We post it, answer it, and accept it, so you see the terms freeze on an order that looks like your business rather than a demo fixture.
- The order record end to end
- Uploading and labelling documents, requesting one with a reason, a version landing on top of another, a removal leaving its mark, and the activity trail assembling from all of it.
- The questions your compliance team will ask
- Where documents live, who can reach them, what is retained and for how long. If we cannot answer something on the call we will come back in writing.
How long it takes
Forty-five minutes is usually enough. Compliance-led sessions run to an hour because the data questions deserve the time.
Who should be on it
Whoever owns sourcing, and whoever will have to sign off on the platform. Getting both in one session saves a fortnight.
